Every morning, PhémeApp monitors the public planning consultations and official building permits of the cantons of Vaud (CAMAC, FAO Vaud), Geneva (SITG), Valais (official bulletin eBO), Neuchâtel (SITN, SATAC system) and Jura (official gazette rsju.jura.ch) and alerts you by email as soon as a file is submitted within your radius — official document attached directly to the alert for Valais and link to the official gazette number for Jura.

Register your address

Enter the address to monitor — home, property, office. We automatically geocode the GPS coordinates.

We check the cantonal register every morning

At 8 a.m., our system queries the official register (CAMAC for Vaud, SITG for Geneva, official bulletin eBO for Valais, SITN for Neuchâtel, official gazette for Jura). Each new publication is compared with your addresses.

You receive an alert

If a file is within your radius, you receive a full email with the link to the official file of the municipality.

Your rights

The 30-day objection period is absolute.

After this period, any objection is inadmissible. Without active monitoring, you will often only find out when it is too late.
